If you’re a parent or caregiver, I understand this may be a challenging time as your child seeks mental health support. I want to get straight to the point: my sessions cater to children as young as 4, up to teenagers, offering a relaxed and enjoyable environment for mental health and well-being.

Our Approach

With over 11 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults through Solution-Focused and Positive Psychotherapy, as well as Hypnotherapy, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. As a parent of two young children myself, I recognise the pressures and concerns you face in supporting your child.

My sessions address a variety of issues, including:

Comprehensive Care for Your Child's Mental Well-being

For children on the autism spectrum, my children’s therapy sessions can also provide valuable support.

Please note that while I can help manage and treat mental health challenges, I cannot make diagnoses or prescribe medication.

I can collaborate with schools, teachers, and doctors, but all discussions during our sessions remain confidential between you, your child, and me. However, if I believe a child is in danger or at risk of harm, I am obligated to report it to the appropriate authorities.

I have created a 5 week course.
Each session is tailored to your child’s unique needs, using the latest methods and techniques. We start with a free, no-obligation consultation where we can discuss the mental health issues via a telephone call—either just you or with your child if you feel that would be beneficial. This consultation allows me to introduce myself, explain how sessions work, and learn more about your child and your goals for their support.

In the first two sessions, my priority is to help your child feel comfortable, secure, and heard. During sessions three, four, and five, we explore various techniques and provide insights into understanding emotions and behaviours. This is also when we introduce hypnotherapy, which is a calming and enjoyable component of our work together. I create a bespoke hypnosis session for your child which they keep and use regularly to help with their goals.

During hypnosis, both you and your child will relax, I creating a peaceful atmosphere that aids in processing new information and fostering positive changes.
